  • All funds deposited into a f333 account must originate from a source legally owned by the account holder. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

All such promotions are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, time restrictions, eligible games, and maximum withdrawal caps as detailed in the individual promotion terms published on the Platform. "Game malfunction voids all pays and plays" is a standard industry principle that applies across all f333 products.

In no event shall f333's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your f333 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

f333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or criminal activity; failure to complete identity verification; account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months; or where continued operation of the account creates a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk for f333.

Player-Initiated Closure: You may close your f333 account at any time by contacting the support team via Live Chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to identity verification and any applicable withdrawal review process.

Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. f333 may apply a monthly administration fee of ৳50 BDT to dormant accounts.
